ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa By IHG

The location is very convenient to any type of transportation.

The room needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. The bathroom looked to be 20-25 years old.

The location is super convenient - it is located right next to the Kanazawa train station, making it very centrally located. There is a Kanazawa mall next door, and a combini a walk away.

The hotel is a little older, and the rooms/decor reflect that. The rooms are bigger than the ones we stayed in Tokyo.

Location.

Room was small and tight. Added price of parking.

location was great as it is close to the train station

definitely not a 5 star hotel. the service was sub par, the pillow is too soft, the facilities were lacking (no gym and no laundry service) for a 5 star hotel

The hotel is just around the corner from Kanazawa Station. The night view is great from our room.

The bathroom is a bit aged

It was as usual a Crowne Plaza hotel and very nice set up. Room was great and spacious same with the bathroom. I was happy how they met my needs and their breakfast was delicious!

Nothing wrong with the hotel that stood out for me!

Property was very convenient walking distance to Kanazawa station and shopping. Buffet & staff were excellent.

Bathroom clean was a bit dated.

Close to station friendly staff

Decor was tired once you left reception. Needs a relaxing central bar area. Bar on top floor was closed. Other bar area like a cafe not a bar. Lacking that central point. We went to a neighbouring hotel for the evening.

Bed was very comfortable; breakfast was terrific; staff were super friendly

No complaints

Nice view and center location

There are not many chair for guest durring waiting check in or after checking out

The. location of the hotel very close to the railway station was a bonus. The front desk staff were exceptional not only during the checking-in and checking out periods but throughout my whole stay. In particular, I would like to highly commend Ayano and Kiko who put in much time and effort in helping me to arrange a whole day tour to Fukui Province via telephone.Breakfast provided much variety of Japanese and European food. The serving staff always made one feel most welcome and valued.Housekeeping service was excellent.

Nothing to complain about.

Location good lobby impressive. Room very small

Decent hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff, central location.

The location was excellent. But the room was just too small. One or two more square metres would have been this a 5 star experience

The bathroom amenities can be better, e.g. there could be a separate body and handwash. Toilet seat was too near the wall

Location n breakfast

The room is a bit old

The breakfast spread was excellent, both in terms of variety and taste. I found the staff at Casade Cafe breakfast duty..... from the gentlemen at the front of cafe to the cook and service staff very warm, polite and helpful.

The various staff I encountered at Reception lacked warmth though they were all efficient. They need to exude a warmer n friendlier disposoiton rather than one of just competence, of gettiing the process of attending to guest done. It does not matter if language is a challenge on both sides cos a smile can break down barriers n lighten things. Maybe the Ana Crowne prides itself as a hotel for businessmen thus the serious tone. However, I m sure, a warm service attitude would be appreciated by all.

Beside the main train station. Not a bad sized room. Great view from the small bar area on the 19th floor.

We thought the buffet dinner on Christmas night, while it had a great variety of food, was fairly expensive. A bit far from the main sites we wanted to see.

Close to train station, breakfast was great, staff were lovely and professional

Old style bathroom, rooms are a bit small

Location, parking and super clean

Very convenient location to the station and other transport options. Courteous and obliging staff and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The laundry service was efficient.

No room service or microwave area to heat up food bought at convenience store
